None of the specific situations were prompted nor aggrevated; some individuals contained in these videos approached us upon seeing the cameras and others we approached asking for a story, getting an interesting surprise instead. Bula
We found Bula and friends in an abandoned alleyway while two of us were scouting for individuals to interview early in the A.M. in La Mesa, CA. Pepper Spray in pocket, we decided to approach them for a story.
